The co-founders of Team Dirt and Vert have put together 8, 16 and 24 week plans to get you from the couch to 15k, from 15k to 25k and from 25k to 50k. Each of these programs ends with a virtual race and swag to showcase how far you’ve gone. The total 24 week plan is $240 but if you’re looking to go from 15k to 25k or 25k to 50k the 8 week plan can be purchased as well at $80 for 8 weeks.

The programs are designed to guide you along the way and will feature workouts beyond running. Getting stronger in your core and flexible as well as mobile will help you find your finish line. Ultra and Trail Runners Greg Sisengrath, Jen Kirkpatrick and Jason Bahamundi have over 25 years of trail running experience and have designed this program so that you will enjoy the world of trail running.

You’ll use your plan and track your workouts through the Bird app, and Greg, Jen and Jason will be available to you for any questions or help you may need. They are here to encourage and develop your desire to find your dirt and vert.
